Salary:
$85K - $130K DOE


Responsibilities 

You will have technical, engineering and project responsibilities including planning, design and oversight of projects focused within Land Development.


Conduct site investigations, inspections and data collection as needed. 

Plan and layout streets, lots, parking areas, buildings, park and recreation facilities and stormwater management facilities.
 

Review subdivision, land development, grading and zoning plans.
 

Technical and feasibility studies


Preparation of applications, calculations, reports and studies for presentation and compliance with local, county and state requirements

Project scope and budgets


Serve as the technical point of contact with clients for specific projects, collaborating with other team members to be sure all projects are completed within budget and allotted time.
 

Identify and communicate project risks; ensuring deliverables meet project technical objectives, prepare project reviews and reports, summarize project outcomes and impacts. 


Qualifications (Must Haves):

  • Minimum B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • Experience with plan preparation, development of erosion & sedimentation (E&S) control plans, stormwater management and other land development engineering and design
  • Calculations related to these areas, creating, and presenting reports
  • Compliance knowledge and experience with Zoning, SALDO  (subdivision and land development ordinances).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.), or EIT working towards a P.E.
  • 3 or more years  Civil Engineering, Land Development experience
  • Project Management experience within civil and/or environmental fields

Responsibilities 

Create topographical and site surveys for buildings, roads, bridges, and other civil engineering projects 


Measure property lines and survey properties.


Oversee a survey team and schedule.


Use evaluation and problem-solving skills to complete required job tasks. 


Using survey computer programs, plot and assemble field data accurately.


Assist in setting stakes for construction based on plans prepared by engineers or architects


Qualifications (Must Haves):

  • Minimum 5 years working      within a surveying technician or lead position. 


  • TerraModel, CAD and/or MS Office Suite experience


  • An ability  to create topographical and site surveys for buildings, roads, bridges, and other civil engineering projects 


  • Candidate should have experience working within deed research, computing traverses, title reviews, preparing plats, ALTA Land Title Surveys, topographic & legal boundary surveys, residential and commercial construction stakeout  as well as utility surveys


  • Operate GPS equipment including but not limited to robotic transit and level to perform various surveys (property boundary, topographic, construction stakeout, etc.).


  • Take accurate notes and transfer data as required. 


  • Complete deed research, boundary calculations/justifications, traverse closure calculations, etc.


  • Effective written and verbal communication skills


  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


  • Valid PA Driver's License and must be insurable.


Qualifications (Preferred):

  • PLS (Professional  Land Surveyor) or Surveyor-in-Training Certification with goal to obtain PLS
  • Project Management experience
  • Team Leadership abilities


Salary:
$70K - $82K DOE

Responsibilities:  As the Municipal Engineer you will be responsible for representing customers/businesses within the Municipal area.   


Utilize and share your knowledge and education to successfully engineer and design projects within the following areas:  PADEP permitting, rules and regulations to support client needs and mentor junior level engineers  


Water treatment and distribution design  

Wastewater treatment and collection design  

Stormwater design and review  

Paving and road construction  

Knowledge of Municipal Planning and Building Codes  

Direct engineering activities, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety or other governmental regulations.   

Attend municipal meetings; Representation of client to Municipal Authorities

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a Professional Engineer (P.E.), or working towards a P.E.

Project Management experience within civil and/or environmental fields

CAD Drafter | Design Engineer

Create/prepare electronic design plans for civil engineering projects including:   

* roads, parking lots   

* water / wastewater - sewage control systems   * stormwater management   

* Grading and drainage 

* Land Development  


AutoCAD experienced within the area of Civil Engineering design and drafting 


Assist design team, engineers, and other team members in preparation of reports, plans or other submittals 


Obtain project information from other disciplines and incorporate into projects 


Propose solutions or alternatives when required


May work with architects, surveyors, and contractors 


Excellent organizational, technical and communication skills 


Ability to work independently or within a team environment 


Demonstrate effective time management skills


 Accurate and detail oriented drawings
