Survey Technician: Operate GPS equipment including but not limited to robotic transit and level to perform various surveys (property boundary, topographic, construction stakeout, etc.). Take accurate notes and transfer data to the office server. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to our client's office location, as well as any surveying work sites.
Survey Crew Chief/Department Manager: Preferably licensed PLS, but not required. Must meet all the qualifications for Survey Technician, as well as be able to complete deed research, boundary calculations/justifications, traverse closure calculations, etc. Must be able to use CAD to plot deeds and prepare basic plots for use in calculations, plans.
Create/prepare electronic design plans for civil engineering projects including:
* roads, parking lots
* water / wastewater - sewage control systems * stormwater management
* Grading and drainage

AutoCAD experienced within the area of Civil Engineering design and drafting
Assist design team, engineers, and other team members in preparation of reports, plans or other submittals
Obtain project information from other disciplines and incorporate into projects

Preferred experience and knowledge plus certification of sewage and sewage enforcement code regulations. However will consider candidates with environmental experience related to sewage. Company will assist candidate in obtaining certification.
