EPSG History and Services

In 2009, after 10 years experience within the staffing and recruiting industry, Marie lost her job due to a company downsizing.  There were a few employment offers on the table, however she thought it was now or never and chose to start working for herself.  

After working under a sole proprietor business structure for a few years, Marie decided to create an S Corporation and in 2011, East Pointe Search Group, Inc. was formed.

Marie has more than 22 years' experience within the staffing and recruiting industry.   

While most employment services in Berks County provide temporary placement along with some direct hire placement, Marie wanted to be unique and chose to specialize solely in providing Direct Hire solutions.  Her specific talents are helping businesses connect with top talent and build great teams!  EPSG offers professional placement of candidates within the IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Administration and Accounting employment areas.  

Due to some special requests from EPSG's clients, EPSG has added additional services including placement of Consultant/Contract and Temporary placement needs. 

Our services are contingency fee based therefore no fee to our clients until and unless they choose to hire a candidate presented by EPSG, Inc.  Value added feature is our interest-free payment plan options.
