In 2009, I founded East Pointe Search Group, Inc. (EPSG) to fulfill a need for a local, Berks County staffing and recruiting firm focused on Direct Hire placement.
I pride myself in understanding the importance of employers finding talented individuals seeking long-term, rewarding employment and respect my clients’ time, investment and partnership.
When talking with career professionals seeking a new employment home, my goal is to find them beyond-satisfying employment.
