Commercial HVAC Manager

  • Well-established plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service company seeks exceptional candidate for its Commercial HVAC Manager opportunity. You will provide oversight for our client’s commercial/industrial HVAC division.
  • Responsibilities will include directing and developing commercial/industrial projects from start to completion, maintaining objectives and meeting deadlines. Projects valued at up to $500K. Must have an ability to monitor project progress, provide updates of status to clients, project teams and management.  Division P&L and budgeting experience required. 

  • You will also be responsible for managing technicians, providing evaluations, training, mentoring and scheduling teams for projects. We are searching for a leader who is also a great communicator and an energetic professional.

Mechanical Drafter / Designer - Berks County

Candidate must have an ability to design and draft new or update existing components, equipment or systems utilizing AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Will be required to gather information from internal team members and external customers. Prepare bill of materials for work orders; create and maintain all engineering documentation related to equipment work order. Research part selection, contact vendors and request pricing; resolve manufacturing or assembly problems.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the mechanical drafting/design field; a valid PA driver’s license and insurable driving record is required; good decision-making skills with a focus on quality and customer service; an ability to work with minimal supervision; show attention to detail; and have excellent time management.

Project Engineer - Maintenance, Facility - Manufacturing

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for directing the acquisition, modification, improvement and installation of high-tech equipment within manufacturing facilities. Object is to maximize equipment and facility productivity.

You will develop an understanding of the equipment and manufacturing processes; develop capital project scope, budget and schedules; supervise mechanics, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades including contractors. · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.

· Five + years engineering experience.

Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities will include day-to-day maintenance activities at our client’s location in Montgomery County. This will include (but is not limited to) parts inventory, maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling, maintenance project work completion and emergency maintenance work.

Supervise, manage and evaluate Maintenance Technicians, ensure equipment is operating properly, perform repairs or replacements as needed. Follow preventative maintenance schedule; order parts needed for maintenance and repair of equipment, keep management and operations team informed of issues, status and resolutions. Experience and knowledge of welding and requirements is a plus. Mechanical knowledge of pumps and motors as well as basic understanding of 110V and 480V electricity required. 

Five years’ minimum experience within a manufacturing maintenance management role required, advanced technical field degree preferred, good technical and mechanical knowledge, communication and leadership skills required.
