Projects to include solid waste disposal design and permitting projects. Candidate must have the ability to assist with the business development aspect of projects as well as prepare project proposals, scope, schedule and budget, guide the technical approach and financials for each project.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical or Environmental Engineering; P.E. License; must be able to coordinate the regulatory agency review process; be experienced in design, geotechnical slope stability evaluation, permitting, document preparation and CQA for waste disposal facilities.

Utilize expertise gained from a minimum of 10 years’ experience within the civil engineering industry and most specifically within water / wastewater discipline including planning and design.
The ideal candidate would be able to obtain contracts through business development and lead teams of projects under general and minimal direction from the executive level. Candidate will regularly lead, supervise, and develop junior staff.
Work directly with potential clients to determine needs and provide solutions and lead a team in the preparation of winning proposals and successful presentations.
Develop and lead teams of engineers; handle scope of projects to be completed on time and within budgets; oversee and manage tasks/projects and clients’ expectations to include budget goals for planning, design and completion of projects.

Plans may include parking lots, shopping centers, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, utilities, solid waste disposal facility design and permitting projects, ensuring on-time completion within scope and budget.
