Utilize expertise gained from a minimum of 10 years’ experience within the civil engineering industry and most specifically within water / wastewater discipline including planning and design. 


The ideal candidate would be able to obtain contracts through business development and lead teams of projects under general and minimal direction from the executive level. Candidate will regularly lead, supervise, and develop junior staff.  
 

Work directly with potential clients to determine needs and provide solutions and lead a team in the preparation of winning proposals and successful presentations. 

Develop and lead teams of engineers; handle scope of projects to be completed on time and within budgets; oversee and manage tasks/projects and clients’ expectations to include budget goals for planning, design and completion of projects.

Due to our client expanding its market share and client base, we are assisting with a search for a qualified Engineer. Your responsibilities will be focused within a specific engineering area, however total project coverage may include other areas of engineering. 


Candidate must be able to manage projects related to civil, structural or mechanical design; assist in creating proposals, be skilled in calculations and specifications for design work/projects, have an ability to interact with clients professionally, meet project deadlines and stay within project budgets. 


Candidate will also be required to understand/read designs/drawings, work in a very organized manner, and communicate well with co-workers, customers and others within the construction and land/building development industries. EIT or PE and a minimum 5 years’ experience within engineering design required.

You will develop an understanding of the equipment and manufacturing processes; develop capital project scope, budget and schedules; supervise mechanics, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades including contractors. Additional responsibilities will include offering sound technical and engineering advice for manufacturing, utilities, and facilities performance improvement; selecting vendors for equipment purchases; troubleshooting mechanical and electrical processes; direct installation and start-up of new equipment and processes; develop creative ideas to cut costs; supervise equipment design changes, installation of new equipment, and building projects; research process improvement and alteration requests and provide justification; negotiate and oversee contract work.


REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.

Five + years engineering experience.

HVAC or Plumbing Technician

Our client has asked us to assist with its search for a hard-working, dedicated HVAC Technician or Plumbing Technician. Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years’ HVAC or plumbing service experience, have great customer service skills, and a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license as well as a good driving record. HVAC or Plumbing technical/trade school is a plus.  


You will be required to troubleshoot HVAC or Plumbing Systems to repair issues, conduct performance tests to determine issues, have knowledge and ability to install HVAC and pluming systems as well as service those systems..
