Our client offers programs to adults with disabilities and is seeking an individual who is highly motivated and interested in making a difference in the lives of those who are intellectually or developmentally disabled.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Associates Degreed candidates will be considered if they have at least 4 years' experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Monday - Friday part time, 29 hours / week during the school year which runs the end of August to June with optional limited summer work.
Daily activities may include promoting confidence and opportunities to maintain and develop new skills. Activities and learning plans will be focused on each student's abilities, goals, and interests. Primary, intermediate and secondary classrooms.
Daily activity and learning programs will help each student gain general life, math, and reading skills, provide an inclusive community, and help educate each student to his/her abilities.

Our client is a nonprofit organization with many years of supporting persons with disabilities. We are searching for a Speech Therapist to work 30-40 hours per week.
Salary range is $60K - $70K/year.
You will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with identified needs and conduct assessments and recommend appropriate remediation services.
You will be asked to attend IEP meetings and provide input and set goals for each individual.
Candidate must have certification in speech/language pathology.
