Project Manager - Project Engineer

The Project Manager will be the primary point-person responsible for planning, executing, and delivering fabrication projects on time, and within budget.

Manage the company’s projects from start-up through to completion, including taking responsibility for resource planning, scheduling, documentation, budget, customer communication, delivery and any other activities required for success of the project.  Ensuring all customer expectations are met. 

Manage any project details, changes, cost or delivery

Must be able to thoroughly understanding company’s client's businesses. Ability to create BOM's after reviewing customer drawings, 

Possess excellent customer rapport and mutually beneficial business relationships. Have a helpful attitude and personality.

Responsible for developing and issuing the project requirements and instructions to the production team. Plan projects including timelines, budgets and more. 

Assist with ideas, conversations, about how to improve processes, process flow, customer interaction, customer requests, growth and adding even more value to our services. Assist with resolving issues,

Track projects including costs, progress and keep clients, project teams and management up to date. 

Ability to analyze and evaluate overall project once completed. 

Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred. 

Minimum 5 years Project Management experience within a fabrication, welding, machine shop or similar.

General business acumen.

PMP a plus

Knowledgeable in estimating the fabrication cost of custom metal fabrications. 

Competent in using AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS to develop fabrication drawings.
